Veronica Studsgaard is the Founder and Chairman of the International Association of Money Transfer Networks (IAMTN). A recognized leader in the cross-border payments industry with over 18 years of experience, she champions financial inclusion and innovation globally.

Murtaza is the CEO of JazzCash, Pakistan’s largest digital financial services provider with over 51m customers. JazzCash is a sister concern of the country’s leading digital operator, Jazz, and Mobilink Microfinance Bank. It operates as a subsidiary of VEON Group, a global digital operator serving more than 150 million connectivity customers and around 120 million monthly active digital users across five emerging markets.

Julie Neogy is a seasoned payments executive with over 15 years of experience across 40+ African markets, specialising in payments strategy, foreign exchange, and market entry. As CEO of The Currency Collective, she brings deep commercial expertise and trusted operator relationships to every engagement.

Pedro de Vasconcelos joined IFAD in 2007 as Programme Manager of the multi-donor Financing Facility for Remittances (FFR) and is IFAD’s Senior Technical Specialist - Coordinator, Financing Facility for Remittances (FFR). The US$75 million Facility, under his leadership, has tested and scaled innovative approaches on migration and economic development by maximizing the impact of remittances and migrant investment on development.

Oscar Moreno is Head of International Business Development at UniTeller, where he leads global growth in cross-border and international payment services. With over 27 years of experience in the industry, Oscar has played a pivotal role in expanding UniTeller’s global payment network and building strategic partnerships worldwide.

Sayjil Magan is the Managing Director of Hello Paisa, a global fintech under the Daytona Group, focused on delivering low-cost digital financial services. He leads efforts to provide inclusive remittance, banking, and merchant solutions for underserved migrant and marginalized communities across Africa, the UK, and the Middle East.

Magali Van Bulck is the Founder of Accept My IBAN and leads Wise’s public policy and campaigning efforts across Europe. Since joining Wise in 2016, she has been a strong advocate for transparency in cross-border payments, reducing remittance costs, and expanding access to financial infrastructure for non-banks.

Gene Nigro is the Vice President of Global Business Development at Remitly, the world’s largest digital remittance company. With over two decades of experience in cross-border payments, Gene has held leadership roles at Xoom and Western Union, driving international expansion and playing a key role in Xoom’s IPO and acquisition by PayPal.

Martin (Sapi) heads dLocal’s Remittance and Stablecoins Verticals, helping businesses expand into new regions while simplifying and optimizing their financial operations.
